Referral Program
Roots Heating and Cooling's Referral Program

**Eligibility**
Only individuals who are not existing customers of Root's Heating and Cooling are eligible to participate in the referral program.

**Referral Submission**
Referrals can be submitted through our website or by calling our office. Office staff will enter the referral information provided, including the referrer's first and last name, address, phone number, and email.

**Referral Timeframe**
Referrals must result in a purchase made within 30 days of the referral being submitted to be eligible for rewards.

**Referral Identification**
Referrals must be explicitly identified as such before the referred individual contacts our office or makes a purchase. Once the individual has initiated contact or made a purchase, they cannot be retroactively identified as a referral.

**Reward Structure**
A reward of $200 will be provided for any referred purchase totaling $3,000 or more.
No referral reward will be paid if the sale amount is less than $3,000.

**Payment of Referral Rewards**
Referral rewards will be disbursed after the completion of the referred customer's purchase and payment in full.

**Program Changes**
Root's Heating and Cooling reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

**Compliance**
All referrals and purchases must comply with Root's Heating and Cooling's terms and conditions.

**Acceptance of Terms**
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these rules and any modifications made by Root's Heating and Cooling.
