The owner came to inspect our unique situation and was able to problem solve in ways that the four previous companies we talked to couldn’t do. They answered all our many questions. All communications with everyone, talk, text, email, was great. They spent three days on install of the main project (new furnace, heat pump, and duct work) and two short visits on smaller follow up projects.
